Exercare provide the full range of Strength, Endurance and Cardiovascular programmes. Strength and Endurance is for clients who are ready for a more challenging set of exercises.
A typical session would always start with a cardiovascular warm up to prepare the mind and body.
Strength and endurance activities would follow. This could be with a combination of body weight, High Intesity Interval Training (HIIT), kettle bells, dumbbells, barbells and the fit ball etc. We can even use a park bench or tree! We can provide the equipment for each session.
All sessions end safely with a set of cool down exercises and flexibility stretches to leave the body and mind restored.
The approach is always to provide a whole body work out and to balance muscle groups.
There are many alternatives to going to a gym. Take advantage of the many benefits of exercising outside in the fresh air, close to nature, with free vitamin D etc.
For clients who are deconditioned or have health issues please see the Exercise Referral section, as this is a more appropriate and safe place to start training. Then progress in a sustainable programme towards short, medium and long term goals.
