We offer a holistic approach which combines exercise with balanced nutrition, motivating techniques and support.
You choose the venue in Wells, Somerset for your sessions which generally last one hour. This could be your home, garden, park or local gym depending on the day and how you feel.

Your initial one hour assessment is free, without obligation. We will then recommend your initial exercise programme based on your current level of health and fitness.
Exercise programmes always include:-
Warm up exercises
Cardiovascular (aerobic) exercise
Cool down exercises
Flexibility stretches
Once the desired level of fitness is achieved you can include:-
Strength and Endurance (with resistance/weights)
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
Progression is very important and you will be looking to achieve rapid but safe and sustainable goals.
We agree short, medium and long term objectives that are (SMART). Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Timed.
