So from gentle (small steps) to High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). Everything is tailor made to the individual's needs, circumstances and preferences.

During each and every session we would aim for progression towards your defined health and fitness goals. After each session you move on. The trend is onwards and upwards.

Providing no health issues exist you can start training immediately.
