ExerCare Personal Training believes the right balance of nutrition is vital to support exercise and for the best healthy lifestyle.

 

We always recommend the validated scientific approach and advise strongly against trendy, quirky, celebrity diets. We aim for lasting changes, not short term fixes that are unsustainable and lead to the Yo-yo effect.

 

There are generally accepted guidelines and principles that need to be followed such as "diets don't work but sustainable changes in lifestyle do"

 

We follow the NHS and American College for Sports Medicine (ACSM) guidelines for best health practice.  

So no fancy fad diets or weird exercises, just balanced nutrition and safe activities for optimum health.
